Modes and billing

Validators work like pay-per-check: pick quick or full mode and pay with credits or pay-as-you-go balance — same as sends. The workspace needs balance before running a check.

When you are charged

Invalid format (rejected locally)	No
Same item, same mode within 24h (cache)	No
Check completed in chosen mode	Yes — SKU credits
`full` returns `unknown` (failed before result)	No

Full mode costs more because it runs a deep check (inbox or WhatsApp). Use quick for large lists; use full when delivery depends on the destination being real.

Cache (24 hours)

Results are cached per mode for 24 hours:

Same email in quick then full charges both (different modes).
Repeat full on the same number within 24h does not charge again.

Applies to API and dashboard.

Shared pool (voluntary)

Workspace settings include an opt-in to contribute unofficial WhatsApp lines to help other customers’ phone checks only. Off by default.

CPF lookup

Same mode logic: quick (local) and full (official government database via partnership). Each item requires CPF + birth date.
