Channels send messages. Add-ons extend the platform with lead capture, click tracking, and list hygiene — all in the same workspace, dashboard, and API Key.

What are Add-ons?

Optional products you activate in the workspace to go beyond “send and receive” on channels. Each add-on has its own docs under the Add-ons tab in the sidebar. Think of channels as the mail carrier; add-ons are the signup box at the front desk, who opened the invite counter, and the filter that catches bad addresses or numbers.

Why they exist

Many journeys start before or after the message:
  • Before — validate email or phone, capture leads or surveys
  • After — see who clicked and who converted
Keeping this on the same platform avoids gluing tools together and keeps contacts, webhooks, and API Keys in one workspace.

Available add-ons

Forms

Build waitlist, newsletter, contact, or survey forms — hosted page, embed on your site, or API submission. Capture leads without building form backends.

Short links

Shorten campaign URLs and see who clicked, when, and from where. Tie clicks to conversions (purchased, signed up) to measure what worked.

Email validation

Check whether an email exists and can receive mail before you send campaigns or transactional messages — fewer bounces and cleaner lists.

Phone validation

Check whether a number is valid and, in full mode, whether it has WhatsApp — clean CRM and imports before SMS, voice, or WhatsApp.

CPF lookup

Validate CPF with birth date — quick mode (format) or full mode (official government database via partnership) — before granting benefits or credit.
OAuth, webhooks, logs, and workspaces: see the Guides tab.

How to start

  1. Activate the add-on in the dashboard (Add-ons) or integrate via API
  2. Read the add-on Introduction (links above)
  3. Follow the Quick Start for a copy-paste first flow
  4. Open OpenAPI reference in the sidebar when you need technical detail
Phone numbers to call and send SMS live under the Voice tab. Phone validation here only checks customer numbers in your database — not contracting a line.
